Refund Policy
All purchases are non-refundable except during the first 14 days “cooling off” period from the purchase date, provided that you have not participated in any portion of the evaluation package you purchased and have not accessed or downloaded any of the available content, including Funding Evaluations, Trading Essentials, Technical Trading, and Strategic Trading educational modules and/or videos.
You can request a refund by emailing us at support@kuberatraining.com, stating your wish to receive a refund and your full name. We will process the reimbursement using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction. Prior to processing your refund, we will review your account activity to ensure that you have not accessed, downloaded, or utilised any product which prevents you from receiving a refund.
Once we receive your refund request, you will immediately lose access to the site and your purchased products.
You are responsible to contact us within the 14 day timeframe to receive a full refund.
Verified Refunds will be processed within 7-14 days.
